Although I was anxious before each session, you helped me relax and trust you. I felt I can tell you anything. Your questions helped me realise that it was not clear to me… what is not clear to me and that it’s OK to have such moments. In this way I was able to lift the pressure of myself and to understand that what seemed black, actually was not.
Indirectly, you helped me speak honestly to myself about what I felt. I realized once more how important is to be in touch with reality, to be honest to ourselves.
I liked and it helped to set goals before each session. At the end we would draw the conclusions together.
